Geographic coverage
Markets
One market worked properly first, then extended outward. Coverage is a commitment about where the work can actually be done well — not a map with pins in every capital.
How coverage is decided
Markets are not added because they appear on a map of Europe. They are added when there is a concrete reason: a sector where the commercial patterns are already understood, a channel that can be reached, and a manufacturer whose product genuinely fits what that market buys.
That is why this page separates home market, core coverage and extended coverage instead of presenting a single list. The distinction is a statement about depth, and about where work can be done in person rather than at a distance.
What is deliberately not claimed here
No offices, employees, representatives or established operations are claimed in any market outside the home market. Where an engagement requires a local presence, it is arranged for that specific case, and it is described as such.
If your target market is not on this page
Ask anyway. Sector, product and opportunity decide what is realistic — and if the answer is that a market is outside what can be done well, that will be said at the outset rather than discovered mid-engagement.
Where JELEFF works
Coverage is built around one market worked properly, then extended outward — not a map with pins in every capital.
Home market
Bulgaria
The base of the business and the market where JELEFF works in person, with direct access to buyers, distributors and commercial partners.
- Bulgaria
Core coverage
Southeast Europe
Adjacent markets that share commercial patterns, channel structures and expectations with Bulgaria, and where manufacturer entry usually follows a similar route.
- Romania
- Greece
- Serbia
- North Macedonia
- Bulgaria
Extended coverage
Central & Western Europe, United Kingdom
Larger and more competitive markets, approached selectively and only where the sector, product and opportunity justify the effort involved.
- Central Europe
- Western Europe
- United Kingdom
Exact geographic coverage depends on the sector, the product and the specific opportunity. What is realistic for a given manufacturer is confirmed at the start of the engagement, before any commitment is made.
