Privacy Policy

How JELEFF handles personal information submitted through this website, and the rights available to you under the GDPR.

GDPR information notice

1. Who is responsible for your information

The data controller is ЖЕЛЕВ ЕООД, a company registered in Bulgaria, trading as JELEFF (“JELEFF”, “we”, “us”). For anything relating to this policy or to your personal information, write to nikolay@jeleff.com. We work in Bulgarian and English.

2. What information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us through the inquiry form on this website:

  • your name;
  • your company name;
  • your business email address;
  • your company website, if you provide it;
  • the target market or region you select;
  • the description of your inquiry that you write; and
  • your consent to this policy.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this website.

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if there is a basis to work together, to take the necessary steps towards a contract. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you submit the form, and — where an engagement follows — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps preparatory to a contract).

We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request, and then for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless a business relationship is established. Where a business relationship exists, records are kept for the period required by Bulgarian commercial and accounting law. After the applicable period, the information is deleted.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Information is shared only where it is necessary to respond to your inquiry, or where we are legally required to do so. Where a service provider processes information on our behalf — for example email or hosting infrastructure — they do so under a written data processing agreement.

6. Where it is stored

Information submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Any hosting or email infrastructure used to receive it is selected with data protection in mind. No transfer of your information outside the European Economic Area takes place unless a lawful safeguard under Chapter V GDPR is in place.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate information corrected;
  • have your information erased where there is no lawful reason for us to keep it;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the address in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
